Role Description
- Schedule and manage online SAT classes based on the availability of students and teachers.
- Coordinate with teachers to check availability and allocate class slots efficiently.
- Maintain and update class schedules and student records in Google Sheets.
- Send daily reminders in student WhatsApp groups for upcoming classes.
- Address queries from students and parents in the WhatsApp groups in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively follow up on pending queries and ensure quick resolution.
- Handle class rescheduling requests and minimize scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and updated data related to scheduled, completed, and pending classes.
- Create and manage Google Calendar invites for classes when required.
- Manage Zoom links and recordings for classes and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or scheduling issues.
- Take initiative and contribute to new operational projects or process improvements within the company.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, parents, teachers, and the operations team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for maintaining operational data.
- Working knowledge of Zoom and Google Calendar.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and handle queries.
- Experience in EdTech or education operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations, or a related field
- Strong initiative and ability to improve operational processes.
