Role description
PAGE is looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Operations Associate to work closely with the Program Manager in driving day-to-day implementation across key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, stakeholder follow-ups, operational execution, and working on the ground to ensure plans are implemented effectively. The selected candidate will support college outreach, program operations, stakeholder coordination, presentation development, and other execution-related activities critical to PAGE's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in executing ongoing PAGE initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and academic stakeholders.
- Assist in outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end operations of PAGE programs, events, and activities.
- Help drive implementation of tasks based on directions from the Program Manager.
- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth coordination across stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations, trackers, communication drafts, and basic program documents.
- Coordinate on-ground requirements for PAGE programs, visits, and stakeholder meetings.

- Salary: Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
