This is hands on operations work for startups and founder led businesses. At OpsDesk, we help founders bring structure into messy execution. You’ll get a front-row view into how founder led businesses are run, not how they’re presented.
We're currently looking for people across junior to mid-level roles who are comfortable with execution-heavy work.
A lot of the work looks like:
• cleaning up and maintaining trackers
• documenting processes and SOPs
• writing clear meeting notes and action lists
• following up until things actually get done
• organising files, docs, and workflows
• supporting multiple moving parts across engagements
• operating in new and unfamiliar environments weekly
What matters:
• 1 to 4 years of experience (flexible if you’re a strong fit)
• strong written English
• comfort with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic tools
• ability to pickup new tools without major oversight
• attention to detail and consistency
• ability to follow through without constant reminders
• willingness to do "unglamorous work" well
This is not for you if:
• you’re looking for a pure strategy or leadership role right now
• you need a lot of structure handed to you
• you don’t enjoy detail, documentation, and follow-through
• Are not comfortable with on-site, commute based roles
