Role Description
This full-time, on-site Operations Associate role is based in Bengaluru. The Operations Associate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure seamless coordination among team members, optimize operational processes, and support efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include customer communication, scheduling, data analysis, and streamlining workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Operations, including planning, organizing, and executing operational tasks effectively.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for engaging with team members and clients professionally.
- Analytical Skills for evaluating operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is an advantage.
