Role Overview
We are looking for a highly dedicated and trustworthy Operations Associate who will
support day-to-day operational workflows at Kinetic Age. The role involves managing CRM
systems, maintaining MIS reports, tracking operational metrics, and ensuring smooth
coordination between internal teams.
This role is critical to maintaining operational discipline and ensuring a high-quality experience
for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
● Maintain and update client data in the CRM system
● Track leads, active clients, and session schedules
● Ensure accurate record keeping of services delivered
MIS & Reporting
● Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
● Track operational performance metrics across teams
● Provide data insights to leadership for decision making
Operations Tracking
● Track therapist schedules, session completion, and service delivery
● Monitor adherence to operational processes and timelines
● Identify gaps in operations and help improve efficiencyCoordination
● Coordinate with physiotherapists, trainers, and internal teams
● Ensure smooth execution of client sessions and service plans
● Escalate operational issues when required
Required Qualities
We are looking for someone who is:
● Dedicated – takes ownership of responsibilities and ensures work is completed
properly
● Trustworthy (Sacha / Honest) – maintains integrity in handling client data and
operations
● Detail-oriented – able to manage data, tracking, and reports accurately
● Operationally experienced – prior experience in operations, coordination, or admin
roles preferred
● Organized and disciplined – able to manage multiple tasks and maintain operational
structure
Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in operations / coordination roles
● Experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets / Excel, and MIS reporting
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
