We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate with 1–2 years of experience to support daily operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in vendor coordination, logistics, inventory management, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, quality checks, and timely delivery
- Maintain inventory records and track usage
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Maintain vendor database and performance records
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and internal programs
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets
- Track operational expenses and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with company operational policies
- Liaise with internal departments for operational requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in operations / administration / vendor coordination
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good command of English
