Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate based in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. The Operations Associate will handle customer queries, monitor service delivery, collaborate with team members, and identify areas for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations management to ensure seamless execution of travel services
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for building rapport with clients and teams
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify areas for optimization
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing client concerns and providing a high-quality travel experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and collaborate in a team environment
- Working knowledge or experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
