We’re Hiring | Operations Associate – Cross-Border Payments
Fairexpay is growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our Bengaluru team!
📍 Location: Bengaluru | On-site
💼 Experience: 6 months – 1 year
💰 CTC: ₹3 – 3.5 LPA
What you’ll do:
• Handle end-to-end cross-border payment transactions
• Verify KYC, invoices & transaction documents
• Coordinate with banks, clients & partners
• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA & LRS guidelines
• Maintain transaction records and operational MIS
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment
• Candidates with experience/background in cross-border payments, forex, remittances or fintech operations will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.
