Role Description
The Operations Associate will support the efficient functioning of FACE Prep’s operational activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination among teams, streamlining processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also requires analytical problem-solving, documentation, and effective communication across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Operations and process management
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication for collaboration and teamwork
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify areas for improvement
- Customer Service acumen to address client and student needs effectively
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adhere to deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in education, training, or skill development sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis and operations management is advantageous
