Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Associate role based in Coimbatore. The Operations Associate will oversee daily business operations, collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. The role also includes fostering effective communication, providing excellent customer service, and addressing process challenges to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency in all operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations, with a strong ability to monitor and improve workflows and processes
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience and address client needs proactively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
