🎯 What You Will Own
• All internal documentation — contracts, agreements, policy drafts, meeting notes, compliance paperwork
• Intern program — onboarding, coordination, progress tracking, and certification
• Office operations — vendor coordination, supplies, logistics, day-to-day administration
• Policy writing and review — drafting internal SOPs, HR policies, and operational guidelines
• Founder support — schedules, follow-ups, making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Any other task that keeps Connex moving — no task is beneath you and no task is beyond you

✅ Who We Are Looking For
• Fresh graduate — any stream. What matters is how you think, not what you studied.
• Excellent written English — you will write policies, SOPs, and formal communications
• Obsessively organised — you track everything, miss nothing, follow up without being asked
• Self-starter — you see what needs to happen and you make it happen
• Comfortable with ambiguity — things move fast here and you move with them
• Hyderabad-based, available full-time, on-site
