We’re Hiring | Role: Operations Associate | Vertical: Investments
Join our dynamic family office team in Delhi NCR and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality investment services to the family office vertical of the group. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in portfolio consolidation, PMS/AIF operations, and regulatory compliance to enhance our workflows and drive exceptional reporting.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Manage account openings, closures, funding, redemptions, and maintenance on PMS/AIF platforms for individuals and non-individuals.
2. Liaise directly with mutual fund AMCs for daily investments, reporting, and back-end operations.
3. Handle NSDL and CAMS statements, including uploads for seamless consolidation using tools like Asset Vantage/MProfit.
4. Drive internal portfolio reports, collaborate with wealth management and investment teams on performance analysis and product insights.
5. Coordinate with finance teams and institutions for investments; ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
6. Identify and recommend solutions for portfolio issues in documentation, compliance, execution, and custom reporting needs.
7. Leverage operational expertise to optimize workflows and support the investment team.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in family office/wealth management operations (highly preferred).
2. Strong understanding of mutual fund operations, PMS/AIF platforms, and consolidation systems.
3. Excellent organizational skills, task ownership, superior written/verbal communication, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
4. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
