Role: Operations Associate
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Associate to join our Bengaluru-based team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage operational workflows, support large-scale education initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline day-to-day operational processes
- Monitor workflows and ensure smooth execution of projects
- Handle customer and stakeholder queries via calls, emails, and other channels
- Support cross-functional coordination across internal teams
- Track and analyze operational data to identify improvements
- Assist in executing large-scale teacher programs and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong operational and process management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently
- Confident in interacting with clients and senior stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Google Apps Script or automation skills – good to have
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in education, training, certification, or operations roles is a plus.
