Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)
Work Mode: Work From Home for the initial 2 months, followed by Onsite.
We're looking for passionate and driven Operations Associates to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating with people, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Open PositionsOperations Associate 1Experience: 0–1 year (Internships are also considered)
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Comfortable handling a variety of operational responsibilities, including:
- Data management and reporting using Google Sheets
- Calling and follow-ups
- Onboarding support
- Coordination with internal and external teams
- General day-to-day operational tasks
- Must have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
Operations Associate 2Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time Operations experience
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Comfortable handling a variety of operational responsibilities, including:
- Data management and reporting using Google Sheets
- Calling and stakeholder follow-ups
- Onboarding processes
- Cross-functional team coordination
- General operational execution and process management
- Must have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
