Operations Associate – Strategic Growth

Position Overview
As a Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in optimizing the systems, processes, and analytics that drive our commercial success. This role sits at the strategic intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success, where you will leverage operational excellence and data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth. You will gain comprehensive exposure to the revenue engine of a high-growth AI company while developing critical skills in operations, analytics, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and marketing operations by maintaining CRM data integrity, building dashboards, and optimizing workflow automation
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform pricing strategies, positioning, and campaign development
- Analyze sales pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models and territory planning frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, and product teams to improve lead generation and conversion
- Create performance reports and executive presentations on key revenue metrics and marketing ROI
- Assist in designing and implementing sales enablement programs, including training materials and playbooks
- Support customer segmentation analysis and account-based marketing (ABM) campaign execution
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives across the revenue organization
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
- Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS business models, or go-to-market strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and campaign analytics
- Previous internship or project experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or business analytics
- Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies and their commercial applications
