Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Indore. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow, assisting in operations management, and maintaining customer service standards. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating with various teams, handling orders and inventory, solving customer queries, and supporting the management team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to oversee and streamline daily processes effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess, evaluate, and enhance operational efficiency
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for handling team coordination and client interactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Knowledge of the gifting or retail industry is advantageous but not mandatory
