Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Assistant role based in Jalpaiguri. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in the coordination and implementation of operational tasks. You will handle customer service inquiries, monitor process effectiveness, and collaborate with team members to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management to streamline processes and maintain efficiency
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess operations, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients effectively and support team collaboration
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in operations or a similar
