Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Professional to manage the critical middle-and-back-office functions of our firm. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our client data, ensuring seamless trade execution, and supporting the firm's overall scalability and compliance framework. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the wealth management ecosystem, demonstrating a commitment to "zero-defect" execution and a passion for enhancing the client experience through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- RM-Client Liaison: Act as the dedicated operational partner to Relationship Managers, ensuring that the "Client-RM" time is focused on strategy while you handle all execution, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Complex Asset Execution: Manage the intricate subscription process for Mutual Funds, AIFs and PMS, including physical/digital documentation and coordinating with third-party providers.
- Seamless Onboarding: Execute end-to-end KYC and account opening for Resident Individuals, NRIs, HUFs, and Private Trusts, ensuring "First Time Right" documentation to prevent custodial rejection.
- Product-Specific Reporting: Collate and deliver periodic performance reports, specifically managing the nuanced reporting of Structured Products and Bonds (accrued interest, XIRR, and maturity tracking).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA Finance preferred). NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund) and Series X-A/B (Investment Adviser) certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).

- Communication: Strong professional verbal and written communication skills for internal and custodial interactions.

Compensation Structure
