Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Operations Assistant, based in Kolkata. The Operations Assistant will work closely with the operations team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, assisting in customer service, coordinating resources, and providing analytical support to optimize business activities. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management to ensure seamless workflows
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating and improving processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with internal teams and patients
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous
