Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, maintaining workflows, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring efficient business processes. Responsibilities include managing customer service interactions, analyzing operational challenges, and assisting with operational planning and execution to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Operations and Operations Management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify and solve operational challenges
- Effective Communication skills for team coordination and customer interactions
- Experience in Customer Service to address client needs and manage relationships
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry will be an added advantage
