Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Operations & Support Trainee to assist in webinar management, customer support, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities
Customer & Technical Assistance
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical assistance to customers facing login, access, or software-related issues
- Guide users through the registration process, payment issues, and content navigation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns effectively
Webinar & Operations Support
- Plan, schedule, and execute online webinars and live training sessions
- Ensure smooth technical execution of webinars, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Collaborate with trainers, speakers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality sessions
- Assist in post-webinar tasks such as recording management, feedback collection, and reporting
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Analyze current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
- Document processes and create step-by-step guides to standardize operations
- Work closely with the team to streamline support functions and automate repetitive tasks
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems
*Kindly note: Having a personal laptop is essential for this role. Alternatively, candidates may choose to rent one.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills – Strong verbal and written skills in English & Hindi
- Tech-savvy & quick learner – Ability to adapt to new software and tools efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets – Comfortable handling data, reports, and tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities – Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues proactively
- Attention to detail – Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy
- Team player – Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
Education
Graduate / Postgraduate / Any discipline
