About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Operations & Research Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that involves both research-based work and on-ground field visits. You will be responsible for gathering market data and visiting various locations across the city to support our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify business opportunities and map out key areas in Gurgaon.
- On-Field Data Collection: Visit commercial hubs, sectors, and specific sites to collect data, photos, and ground-level details as required.
- Professional Interaction: Meet with local vendors, property owners, and business contacts to gather insights and represent the organization.
- Reporting: Maintain and update daily records of all findings using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ground Support: Assist the management team with local coordination and tasks required for setting up company operations.
Requirements
- Communication: Clear and confident verbal skills in Hindi and basic English to interact with different stakeholders.
- Location: Must be a resident of Gurgaon or nearby areas to manage field tasks and research effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using smartphones, navigation apps, and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Education: Graduate in any field (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Mindset: A proactive individual who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
