Key Responsibilities
Oversee and streamline daily operational workflows across teams
Track task execution, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with sales, marketing, partnerships, and leadership teams
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Build and maintain SOPs for internal operations
Design and manage MIS dashboards to track business performance
Create reports using Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation)
Maintain department-wise trackers and performance dashboards
Generate weekly/monthly reports for leadership
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness
- Business Support & Project Management
Support execution of strategic projects across business functions
Attend leadership meetings, capture action items, and drive follow-ups
Assist in business documentation (agreements, invoices, reports)
Collaborate across teams for seamless execution
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Support client onboarding and relationship management
Ensure timely delivery and performance tracking for partners
Act as a coordination point between internal teams and stakeholders
- Systems & Process Management
Manage CRM, internal tools, and reporting systems
Improve efficiency through automation and process standardization
Maintain structured documentation and workflows
Ensure compliance with internal data and operational standards
- Google Workspace Administration
Manage user access, permissions, and email systems
Maintain shared drives and folder structures
Support teams with basic troubleshooting
Ensure data security and organization
