We're Hiring: O&M Manager (Solar Power Plants)
Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic O&M Manager to lead the Operations & Maintenance activities of our solar power projects under the KUSUM Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end O&M activities of KUSUM solar power plants.
• Monitor plant performance and maximize energy generation.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly generation reports.
• Manage multiple project sites remotely and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and supervise the O&M team, field technicians, and site engineers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults, breakdowns, and technical issues.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, clients, and internal teams for operational requirements.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
• Monitor plant uptime and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Solar Plant Operations & Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of solar plant troubleshooting, SCADA systems, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in managing distributed solar projects, preferably KUSUM plants.
