Job Overview
We’re looking for a technically sound O&M Executive to manage the day-to-day performance, inspection, and maintenance of solar power systems. The role focuses on keeping systems efficient, reducing downtime, and ensuring safe operations across sites.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of solar plants and equipment
- Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance (panels, inverters, transformers)
- Track daily generation and identify performance issues
- Handle system alerts and troubleshoot faults on-site
- Ensure plants meet SLAs and generation targets
- Coordinate with field teams for quick issue resolution
- Follow safety standards and compliance protocols
- Prepare reports on system performance, faults, and maintenance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in solar O&M (Freshers can apply if basics are clear)
- Understanding of inverters, SCADA, and electrical tools
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
Soft Skills
- Crisis Handling: System faults ya breakdown ke time calm rehkar quick decisions lena
- Communication: Technical issues ko clearly explain karna (team + management dono ko)
- Analytical Thinking: Generation data aur performance trends analyze karke issues identify karna
- Ownership Mindset: Site issues ko end tak resolve karna, sirf report forward nahi karna
Preferred (Bonus Points)
- Solar O&M experience (rooftop ya ground-mounted projects)
- SCADA / remote monitoring tools ka hands-on exposure
- Electrical testing tools ka practical knowledge
- Basic troubleshooting in inverters, panels & wiring systems
- Multi-site coordination ka experience
