Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental / Chemical
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and skilled Operation & Maintenance Engineers for STP, WTP,
ETP, RO & UF systems across India. The candidate should be ready to travel to various project
locations and ensure the smooth operation of treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain STP, WTP, ETP, RO, and UF systems as per standard procedures.
- Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with discharge
norms.
- Coordinate with the central technical team for maintenance and process optimization.
- Prepare daily and monthly operation reports.
- Supervise field teams, vendor technicians, and site activities.
- Support in installation, commissioning, and training at new project sites.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of wastewater/water treatment operations.
- Hands-on experience with pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and automation panels.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be open to travel and handle site responsibilities independently.
