📢 We're Hiring | Operations & CRM Executive | Hindustan Distilleries.
At Hindustan Distilleries, the Operations & CRM Executive sits right at the intersection of Operations, Customer Relationships and Sales coordination. It's the role that keeps everything moving smoothly from the inside — and it's central to how we serve our customers and grow.
📍 Location: Head Office, Ahilyanagar
🔹 Openings: 2 positions
💼 What you'll own:
→ Order collection, processing & dispatch coordination
→ Trip planning and warehouse coordination
→ Customer relations & calling — building genuine trust with our trade partners
→ Payment follow-ups and collections
→ Reporting, MIS & coordination with the field sales team
✅ What we're looking for:
• 2–5 years in CRM, operations, customer service or back-office sales support
• Organised, detail-oriented, and calm while juggling multiple things at once
• Confident and warm on the phone
• Comfortable with Excel and CRM tools
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English
