Operations & Creative Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Pristine place, Gajularamaram, Hyderabad (Work From Office)
🕚 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)
About Shisca
Shisca is a fast-growing home food sharing platform connecting home chefs with customers looking for fresh, homemade meals.
Job Responsibilities
🎥 Content Creation & Social Media
• Create 2–3 Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts daily.
• Shoot and edit videos using company-provided camera/equipment.
• Create social media posts, stories, and promotional content.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
• Follow social media trends and help grow Shisca online.
📞 Customer Support & Operations
• Handle customer and home chef calls, WhatsApp messages, and chats.
• Resolve order, payment, and delivery-related queries.
• Coordinate with home chefs and delivery partners.
• Assist in onboarding new home chefs.
📋 Admin Work
• Manage the Shisca admin panel.
• Update menus, banners, and offers.
• Verify onboarding documents.
• Maintain daily reports and support day-to-day operations.
Requirements
✅ Good communication skills in Telugu
✅ No camera fear
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
✅ Creative, responsible, and willing to learn
✅ 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
