🚀 We’re Hiring: Operations & Automation Specialist (Remote)
Umbrella is looking for a highly skilled Operations & Automation Specialist who thrives at the intersection of automation, AI, and process optimization.
If you have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, no-code automation tools, and AI voice agents, this role is built for you.

### 🔹 What You’ll Do
- Manage and streamline daily operational workflows
- Build, maintain, and optimize automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or similar
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows using prompt engineering
- Create and manage inbound & outbound AI voice agents for:
- Lead generation
- Appointment scheduling
- Real-time lead qualification
- Integrate multiple tools and APIs to automate business processes
- Maintain operational data using Excel & Google Sheets
- Document processes and workflows clearly in Google Docs/Drive
- Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and scalability

### 🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, automation, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- No-code/low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)
- API integrations
- Prompt engineering / AI workflow optimization
- Proven experience building AI voice agents (inbound/outbound) (synthflow)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
