By creating tailored roadmaps, we connect academic, personal, and emotional development into a cohesive plan. With a global presence and over 500 families served across India, the UAE, Singapore, the UK, and Switzerland, ThriveSpace combines international expertise with local insights. ThriveSpace is committed to ensuring every child’s journey is a launchpad to their fullest potential.
Role Description
At its core this is an operations role. You will be the person who keeps things running and from that position you will also touch sales coordination, people, and finance as part of a naturally wide scope.
You will work closely with the ThriveSpace founders and team to manage day-to-day coordination, ensure nothing slips through, and step in wherever needed. Beyond defined responsibilities, this role carries a naturally fluid scope:
Things will come up
Priorities will shift
You will be expected to step in, figure it out, and move things forward
This role suits someone who is organised, communicates clearly, and closes the loop without being reminded.
What You Will Do
1. Operations & Office Management
- Keep the Delhi office running smoothly on a daily basis — supplies, vendors,
repairs, and general upkeep
- Track deadlines, coordinate across active projects, and ensure nothing slips
through the cracks
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain organised shared files, logs, and internal trackers across the team
- Handle ad hoc requests from the founders office with full ownership and
discretion

2. Sales Coordination & Event Support
- Own the lead follow-up loop end to end — ensure every inquiry moves
forward and no prospective family goes unattended
- Share scope of work, programme details, and fee structures with prospective
families in a clear and timely manner, supporting the conversion process
- Draft and send broadcast messages to existing client groups and potential
client lists across WhatsApp, email, and other active channels — covering announcements, updates, offers, and event invites
- Maintain and regularly update client, prospect, and lead trackers to ensure
outreach always reaches the right people and pipeline status is always visible
- Support planning and execution of ThriveSpace events in Delhi including
logistics, vendors, participants, and timelines
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties for smooth delivery of events,
workshops, and activations
3. People & Hiring
- Manage routine HR admin including attendance tracking, leave records,
documentation, and responding to employee queries
- Maintain HR files and ensure records are always current
- Support onboarding of new team members — paperwork, induction
coordination, and first-day logistics
- Act as the first point of contact for routine people-related matters across
Delhi and Ahmedabad
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment including drafting and posting job
descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate communication between candidates and the hiring team,
ensuring timely follow-ups at every stage
- Maintain candidate trackers and keep the hiring pipeline visible and current
4. Finance & Accounts
- Maintain petty cash records, track day-to-day expenses, and reconcile accounts
on a monthly basis
- Track and process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain
accurate payment logs
- Own the vendor relationship operationally — follow up on outstanding
invoices, flag delays, and manage payment cycles
- Manage team reimbursement cycles end to end, from submission to
disbursement
- Maintain student payment records, track instalment schedules, and
proactively flag upcoming or overdue payments to the founders
- Support approval workflows and flag anything requiring senior attention in a
timely manner
- Track subscriptions, contracts, and recurring operational costs and flag
renewals in advance
- Coordinate with the external accountant or CA for monthly closings, GST
documentation, and compliance requirements
- Prepare basic MIS reports and expense summaries for founders review and
maintain financial records that are always audit-ready
Qualifications
- Based in Delhi and available to work on-site full-time
1–2 years of experience; early professionals welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you express yourself
clearly, professionally, and in a way that represents the brand well

email
- Highly organised with a natural ability to track multiple things
simultaneously
- Some exposure to vendor management, invoice tracking, or basic
bookkeeping is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of figuring things out independently
- Able to hold a wide and shifting scope without losing focus or dropping the
ball
- Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office; comfortable picking up
new tools quickly
- Discreet, dependable, and professional in how you handle information and
people
What You'll Get
- A front-row seat to how a fast-growing education venture operates
- Direct exposure to founders office functioning across operations, sales,
people, and finance
- A role where your work is genuinely visible and your initiative is recognised
