Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze project operational data ( and prepare dashboards in Excel/Power BI.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing SDLC processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing actionable, data-backed solutions to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Support Coordination: Assist in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) releases .
- Project Documentation: Assist in maintaining and documenting operational workflows, SOPs, and project tracking in tools like Jira or Asana.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between various teams and project management teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Work Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in operations analysis, data analysis, or a similar role within a technology or software organization.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
