Job Title: Operations Analyst Intern
Location: Gurgaon, On-Site

Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Operations Analyst to optimize our internal processes and drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be the "source of truth" for our operational health, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. You will lean on data visualization, process automation, and experimental frameworks like A/B testing to ensure our business scales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports that track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Translate data into visual stories using advanced charting and Pivot Tables.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose data-backed solutions to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead operational experiments. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests on various business processes to determine the most effective strategies.
- Automation: Build and implement automated workflows (using Excel macros, VBA, or integration tools) to eliminate manual data entry and repetitive tasks.
- Business Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends, resource allocation, and departmental performance to support long-term business planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand their data needs and provide the analytical support required for high-stakes projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excel: You should be an intermediate in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and Power Query.
- Data Visualization: Proven ability to create clean, professional charts and dashboards (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Statistical Mindset: Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, significance testing, and sample sizes.
- Automation Tools: Experience with Excel VBA/Macros.
- Communication: You can explain "the why" behind the numbers to non-technical team members.
