Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes, creating financial reports, and providing insights for decision-making. The role will also include maintaining strong customer service standards, assisting with accounting functions, and ensuring operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in streamlining workflows and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting for budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting
- Customer Service expertise to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Excel and data visualization platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in operations or related fields is a strong advantage
