About OpenSphere
OpenSphere is an AI-powered platform that helps global talent navigate complex U.S. visa pathways like O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW. We are not a law firm. We are a product company making an opaque system understandable. Our team uses AI at every step to move faster and deliver better outcomes than traditional firms.

The Role
You will be responsible for building and running the operational systems behind our immigration case filings. That means managing case pipelines, tracking deliverables across multiple clients, identifying bottlenecks before they become problems, and ensuring every petition package is complete, accurate, and filed on time.
This is not a legal research role. It is an operations and process role in a legal domain. You will work with recommendation letters, evidence exhibits, USCIS forms, and supporting documents, but your job is to make sure the machine runs, not to practice law. We need someone who can look at a messy workflow and make it clean, who can track 15 clients at different stages and never drop a thread.
You do not need a legal background. You will learn immigration law during onboarding. What matters more is your ability to build structure out of chaos, use AI tools to move at speed, and hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy.
Expect a real learning curve. We will invest heavily in training you during your first weeks. In return, we expect you to absorb fast, ask sharp questions, and start producing quality work quickly. This role rewards people who think in systems and learn by doing.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end case timelines from signed engagement through petition filing
- Track and organize deliverables across multiple active client cases simultaneously
- Draft, review, and QA recommendation letters, evidence exhibits, and supporting documents using AI tools
- Build and improve internal workflows, checklists, and SOPs for repeatable case operations
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents, schedule reviews, and maintain momentum
- Flag risks, missing evidence, or timeline issues before they escalate
- Work closely with the founder and senior team to refine how cases move through the system
Who This Role Is For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a similar high-output environment
- Strong written English. You will be drafting professional documents for U.S. audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. We are a startup. Processes are being built in real time and you will help build them.
- Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). You should already be using AI in your daily work, not just experimenting with it.
- Detail-oriented to the point where it annoys other people
- Available to overlap with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time zones for at least a few hours daily
