Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential federal contract opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, federal agency requirements, and competition.
- Assist in the development of capture plans for targeted opportunities.
- Collaborate with the capture team to gather and analyze information required for successful proposals.
- Evaluate Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to determine suitability for bid.
- Prepare bid/no bid recommendations based on analysis.
- Analyze competitors and provide insights to inform our positioning and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a competitive intelligence database.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of market research and analysis.
- Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with federal procurement regulations and industry best practices.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any technical domain or equivalent experience/Hiring freshers as well (B.Tech or B.E. Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and data analysis abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
