Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Juhu, Mumbai for an Operations Analyst at Future Roots. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing internal processes, managing financial data, monitoring operational performance, and preparing reports to aid decision-making. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the customer service team to ensure smooth service delivery and supporting accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize business processes and performance metrics
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing insights
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles to support financial reporting and decision-making
- Customer Service skills to assist in maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is an advantage
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
