About the Role
The ideal candidate will support business operations through data analysis, reporting, coordination with stakeholders, and efficient task management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, polite, and professional approach while interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively, with strong written communication skills
- Use statistical and analytical methods to analyze data and generate meaningful business reports
- Collaborate with the management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities by streamlining business processes
- Develop data models to identify trends in customer behavior and the overall consumer population
- Work closely with departmental managers to define data requirements for business analysis projects
- Maintain regular follow-ups on pending tasks and keep an updated record of completed and pending tasks with detailed remarks for future reference
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer-reported cases efficiently
- Interact with Software and Hardware teams to assist in resolving technical concerns
- Remain flexible with calling duties and additional work assignments as required
Qualifications
- Graduate (Any discipline)
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in PC applications, especially MS Excel
- Candidate must be flexible with travelling as per the business requirement. Allowances will be provided by the organization for travelling.
Preferred Skills
- Candidate must be fluent in email writing.
- Good communication skills.
