Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to evaluate operational workflows, optimize processes, and turn granular data into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you will work across commerce, FMCG, and financial operations to eliminate bottlenecks, build reporting frameworks, and support cost optimization. You will collaborate directly with finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to maintain operational efficiency and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Analysis & Optimization: Monitor end-to-end operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable process improvements across FMCG and commerce streams.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and automate KPI tracking dashboards to deliver actionable insights to leadership and functional teams.
- Financial & Cost Tracking: Support operational budgeting, conduct cost-benefit analyses, perform basic reconciliations, and track transaction flows to safeguard unit economics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance teams to align day-to-day operations with customer satisfaction and financial targets.
- Data Integrity & Process Standardization: Audit operational datasets for accuracy and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation across business units.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or financial operations (prior experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or supply chain is strongly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Financial Literacy: Solid grasp of commercial metrics, budgeting, basic accounting principles, and financial reconciliation.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment.
