Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Operations - Allocations at our Coimbatore location. The Operations - Allocations professional will be responsible for overseeing the allocation of resources, managing projects, coordinating operation workflows, and collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth execution of assignments. This role also includes data analysis for operational efficiency and maintaining effective communication with team members internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive operational improvement
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and engage effectively
- Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on organizing workflows and resource utilization
- Proficiency in Project Management for planning and executing multiple activities
- Knowledge or experience in Sales would be advantageous
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
