Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations – AIF Fund role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day fund operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, and coordination with custodians, registrars, and other service providers. Responsibilities also include assisting with compliance-related documentation, supporting audit requirements, and helping streamline operational workflows and projects. Knowledge of Investor Onboarding is a MUST.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and investors.
- Operations Management capabilities to handle day-to-day fund administration, transaction processing, and reconciliations.
- Relevant experience in fund operations, asset management, AIFs, PMS, mutual funds, or related financial services operations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and fund accounting or back-office systems; comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or investments are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines, and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
