- Supply Chain :
- Price calculation, taking approvals from business & finance.
- Updating all the sales order in the SAP.
- Collaboration with warehouse team for order releasing and dispatch.
- File distributor agreements in records
- Sample Life cycle:
- Manage product samples process for all India sales team.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatch in the time.
- Collect feedback forms all India sales team on monthly basis and keep a record for audit purpose.
- Finance Support :
- Handling cheques of the Distributors / Customer: Maintain full record and ensure deposit in the bank on time and update the Finance team on time-to-time basis.
Handle all bank-related tasks and manage office-related activities.
- Marketing Coordination :
- Manage logistics and coordination (Travel, Flights, Hotels, Local transportation) for events and exhibitions.
- Assist in marketing and sales activities as required – Brochure and marketing material prints and stocking.
- Office Admin:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage the AMC & CMC contracts of all the office equipment's.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas and notes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier and packages.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage all the Vendors – Marketing & Office related.
