Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic City Team Lead – Operations to manage city-level operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
This role combines operations management, client relationship management, and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites
- Lead operations and sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Track KPIs, operational metrics, and sales performance
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
- Implement client-side waste management awareness programs
- Manage invoicing, collections, and financial alignment
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Environmental Engineering / Waste Management preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in ground operations
- 1–2 years in managerial or team lead role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects across geographies
