Job Description
- Market Expansion: Build a robust pipeline of "Grade A" commercial properties in target expansion zones.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate a high-value network of brokers and real estate consultants to ensure first-look access to premium sites.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain expert-level knowledge of micro-market trends and commercial real estate conditions to advise partners effectively.
- Project Oversight: Monitor infrastructure development and civil works, ensuring all fit-outs align with the official brand ambience and quality standards.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records of property leads, broker contacts, and site visuals within the ZOHO CRM.
- Legal & Logistics: Partner with the legal department to streamline due diligence, registration, and handover processes.

Any Graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate & Property dealing.
