Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Application Analyst – Facility & Security Operations to support, maintain, and enhance mission-critical physical security and facility management systems. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, reliability, and integration of security platforms that support access control, video surveillance, incident management, and real-time asset tracking in a 24×7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 application support for facility and physical security systems integrated with enterprise and mainframe environments.
- Monitor system health, batch jobs, interfaces, and data flows; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Support and administer access control, video management, and incident management platforms.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management in alignment with ITIL processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with facilities, security operations, IT infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
- Support system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and security compliance activities.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and audit evidence
- Ensure systems meet availability, performance, and security SLAs
- Participate in on-call rotations and support 24×7 operations as required
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting facility security and operational systems
- Strong experience with one or more of the following platforms:
- LenelS2 (OnGuard / NetBox)
- Milestone Systems (VMS)
- AeroScout / MobileView (RTLS & asset tracking)
- TMS (Transportation / Tracking Management Systems)
- Omnigo (CAD, RMS, Security Operations)
- Keystone (badge & access provisioning)
- Experience working in mission-critical or regulated environments (corporate campuses, airports, data centers, healthcare, manufacturing)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Understanding of physical security workflows (badging, access control, alarms, video, incident response)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to mainframe environments and batch processing
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, interfaces, middleware)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO, SOC, internal security audits)
- Experience working with SOC or command-and-control centers
- Vendor management and SLA governance experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
