TGN is India’s first serious gaming and esports media house – shaping the narrative of competitive gaming through content, culture, and community. We're building IPs, formats, and experiences that define what Indian esports will look like in the next decade.

Role Overview:

As the Operations Specialist – eSports, you’ll be the backbone of our tournament and event execution. From planning micro-tournaments to scaling large IPs like the Indian Gaming Cup, you will work cross-functionally to manage logistics, partnerships, compliance, and smooth in-game operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of online and offline tournaments
• Coordinate with gaming platforms, teams, shoutcasters, and tech partners
• Draft tournament rulebooks, formats, schedules, and operational workflows
• Execute seamless communication with participants and internal teams
• Maintain compliance with game publishers and tournament guidelines
• Track KPIs and performance metrics for each event
• Support creator-led formats and leaderboard initiatives
• Own backend execution of Discord, leaderboard updates, and prize distribution
• Work with brand and content teams to ensure alignment on promotions and formats

Who you are:

• 1–3 years of experience in esports/gaming operations, tournament management, or event coordination
• Deep understanding of games like BGMI, Valorant, Free Fire, FIFA, CS2, etc.
• Extremely detail-oriented and proactive
• Familiarity with Discord, gaming dashboards, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Passionate about building something new in Indian esports

Bonus Points:

• Worked on tournament platforms like Toornament, Battlefy, or Faceit
• Network of players, team managers, and game publishers
• Experience managing live streaming logistics (OBS, YouTube, Twitch)
