Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operations Executive to support our sales team by
streamlining processes, managing data, and ensuring efficient execution of sales operations. This
role plays a critical part in enabling the sales team to achieve targets through accurate reporting,
coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
• Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow across the sales team
• Track sales performance metrics and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams
• Monitor lead flow, pipeline movement, and conversion rates
• Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements
• Ensure timely order processing, documentation, and invoicing support
• Handle commission tracking and incentive calculations
• Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
(preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic or international travel products, hotels, and destinations.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an added
advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manages time efficiently, and works under pressure.
• High sense of ownership with strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
