We’re Hiring: Operations Specialist
Are you passionate about helping students achieve their dream of studying in Germany & Italy’s top public universities?
We’re looking for a detail-driven and student-focused professional who can own the end-to-end application journey — from smart shortlisting to flawless application submission.
What You’ll Do
✨ Build high-quality university shortlists based on student profiles
✨ Guide students through APS, Uni-Assist & documentation processes
✨ Ensure 100% accurate and compliant applications
✨ Provide continuous counselling & support till admission outcome
✨ Track deadlines, manage applications, and maintain CRM records
What You Need
✔ 1–4 years in Germany/Italy education counselling
✔ Strong knowledge of:
- Uni-Assist
- APS
- German grading & ECTS
- Studienkolleg, Apostille, DoV
✔ Excellent communication & student handling skills
✔ Detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership
