Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations across garden design, project installation, and maintenance services, ensuring projects run on schedule and within scope. The Operational Specialist will manage project workflows, monitor resource allocation, track site progress, and support quality control standards on active projects. The role includes liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address operational issues, prepare status reports, and optimize processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position also involves supporting sales and business development activities by providing operational inputs for proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee multiple landscaping projects and ensure smooth execution.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and support business growth.
- Relevant experience in landscaping, construction, facility management, or a similar operational environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field teams, and handle operational challenges in dynamic project settings.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and project management software.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
