Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will manage daily operations, optimize workflows, and support cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and deliver results. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, overseeing project management activities, supporting the sales team with operational insights, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to streamline business functions. The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and operational efficiency
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Operations Management
- Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and monitor business initiatives
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adaptability to dynamic processes
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Experience in the E-Learning, HR, or IT services industry is a plus
