About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations Generalist to join our
Supply Team. This role will play a critical part in managing day-to-day operations, driving
reporting and analytics, and enabling process improvements to scale supply efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1.Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day supply operations
- Ensure smooth execution and resolution of issues
- Track key metrics and ensure SLA adherence
2.Reporting & Analytics
- Build and manage reports
- Analyze operational and financial data
- Provide actionable insights
3.Project Management
- Drive cross-functional projects
- Manage timelines and stakeholders
- Track progress and risks
4.Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies
- Implement scalable processes
- Improve operational efficiency
5.Financial Oversight
- Support cost tracking
- Analyze unit economics
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic financial understanding
